Returns & Exchanges

We aim for 100% satisfaction. You may request an exchange only under the following conditions:

• Request is made within 7 days of delivery

• Product is in its original condition with tags/insert card intact

• Items are purchased through popularstyle.pk (not other platforms)

You can request an exchange if:

• The product is damaged, defected, or incorrect (we'll cover shipping)

• You are not satisfied with color, fabric, or fitting (you’ll cover shipping)

Note: No exchanges for sale items or products with:

• Perfume/body odor

• Makeup or other stains

• Damage or water exposure

We do not offer refunds. You may request an online store credit if applicable.
